Finding venues is the most challenging part of planning a wedding in Japan.
Most hotels and wedding halls have all-inclusive packages and are not open to customized weddings; compared to other countries.
There are also many restrictions/limitations when it comes to your photo and video shoots; especially in public spaces in Japan.

However, there are a couple of venues that will allow you to bring your own wedding professionals and attires for an extra charge or corkage.
On top of that, our team also has personal connections with some venues which you can use to your advantage!

We have good-to-go venues

like historical Japanese Inns, authentic Japanese houses, traditional restaurants in Kyoto and Kamakura, etc. where you can bring your own wedding professionals.

We have several plans you can choose from:

【Full-service Coordination】

This plan is for couples overseas who may not have time in their schedule to plan and visit Japan, so they need full support on their Japanese wedding.
This plan includes the following:

• Introduction to our different Japanese venues according to the couple's preference, such as traditional Japanese inns, restaurants, etc.

• List of venues that will allow you to bring your own professional wedding planner, attires, and paraphernalia.

• Floral service on demand.

• If the couple has any specific request or vision, we can start our wedding planning from research and venue scouting with a small kick-off payment

【BILINGUAL COMMUNICATION SUPPORTS - wedding Interpretation service】

This plan is for couples from overseas who will have their wedding at the Hotel or Japanese Inn in Japan, and may need interpretation service only.
Many couples from overseas soon found that weddings in Japan is quite different from the global standard.
Most of the Hotels in Japan allow you to bring your own “interpreter” than “bilingual wedding planner” from outside.
That's why we are here to help you communicate between you and the venues to make your Japan dream wedding come true!

【INTIMATE wedding】

Currently, more and more couples would like to have their intimate wedding with no more than 20 guests.
We will introduce our preferable venues like historical Japanese Inn, etc.
However, if you have any specific request, we can start from research and venue scouting, (Finding venues are the most challenging part in Japan. )
confirm with vendors on logistics, design board, and 8 hours support on your big day.
We can offer our floral service on demand.

【floral and Wedding design support】

Are you dreaming of a magical wedding in Japan but feeling lost in translation when it comes to expressing your floral design preferences?
As an English-speaking wedding flower designer based in Japan, I am here to bridge the gap between couples from around the world and local wedding venues.
From conceptualizing design elements to facilitating discussions with the hotel's or wedding venue’s floral team in English,
I ensured a seamless execution on the significant day.

【Elopement arrangement】

This plan is perfect for party of 5~6. We will arrange your simple mini ceremony, floral designs, booking a romantic restaurant table etc.
We will introduce our preferable venues like historical Japanese Inn, etc.
However, if you have any specific request, we can start from research and venue scouting. (Finding venues are the most challenging part in Japan. )
WE LOVE BEAUTIFUL WEDDING VISUAL !
We will work with our favorite photographers/videographers if you need further arrangements for your photo session.
Even if a small number, we will confirm with vendors on logistics, design board, and 5~10 hours support on your big day. (depending on your photo/video shooting hours)

We only accept wedding planning SERVICES at least 6months PRIOR to the event.
